Welcome to the Blue Ribbon Lodge, where “eventually all things merge into one, and a river runs through it.” Our 11+ acre lot is largely river front, giving you amazing views of the Bitterroot River and easy access for fishing or launching your float boat onto one of the top 10 blue ribbon trout fishing rivers in the US. We are uniquely positioned to have views out of over-sized windows of the river without a neighbor in sight. Take a break from fishing and use our brand new pickleball court.

Enjoy the show that nature puts on right in front of our home. You will see elk, deer and an occasional moose wandering through the river. The bird watching is incredible, with a bald eagle regularly fishing the river in the mornings. All of this can be enjoyed from our beautiful deck or private river-front beach. A few miles up the road is the “Dutton Ranch” where the filming of Yellowstone takes place.
